Did Giants Once Walk the Earth? A QHHT Session That Echoes Ancient Legends

A giant in ancient attire stands by a city. A UFO hovers, and people examine a giant skull. Text: "Did Giants Once Walk the Earth?"

During one of my recent QHHT sessions, my client remembered a life that seemed to belong more to myth than history.

She was not a farmer.Not a soldier.

She was a giant.

And as the story unfolded, it began to echo legends that have existed in cultures all over the world for thousands of years.

White Sand and Endless Desert

One of the most fascinating things about regression work is how often it brings forward stories that seem to belong equally to history and to myth.

During Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique sessions, clients frequently find themselves in landscapes that feel ancient—places untouched by the modern world. Sometimes these lives resemble known historical periods. Other times they seem to touch a layer of memory that feels older than our recorded history.

Occasionally, a session arrives that does something even stranger: it echoes legends humanity has been telling for thousands of years.

This was one of those sessions.

In this particular regression, my client was shown a life as a giant.

Not metaphorically large.

Physically enormous.

And what unfolded was not just a fascinating past life—but a story that unexpectedly touches ancient myths, archaeological mysteries, and modern spiritual teachings about Earth's forgotten civilizations.

“What if the fairy tales humanity has carried for thousands of years were never merely stories?”

The session began in silence.

My client described standing in a vast desert of white sand dunes under a warm sun. The sand was unusually pale, almost glowing. The air was still, the atmosphere quiet, and there was the faint smell of salt carried on the windless air.

When she looked down at her body, something immediately stood out.

She was male.

And enormous.

Her feet were wrapped in leather and rope sandals. The legs were long, muscular, deeply tanned. The clothing consisted of layered cloth and leather—simple garments, practical for survival.

There was a canteen hanging at the side, made of copper or metal, and a knife.

And there was the feeling of a journey already underway.

He had been walking for a long time.

And he still had far to go.

The Village of the Protector

When I asked the client to return to the place he had come from, a small desert village appeared.

There were goats and rams.

Wooden huts built from logs.

Cooking fires with black pots hanging over them.

Bread being dipped into stew.

People sitting together on long logs around the fire.

It was a simple community—earthy, practical, cooperative.

And within that village, the giant had a very specific role.

He was the protector.

He described himself almost like a guardian or village security. He walked the perimeter, watched for intruders, and helped settle disputes among villagers.

He was much larger than everyone else.

So large that some people felt a little intimidated by him.

But they respected him.

They felt safe with him nearby.

He was strong, quiet, and steady.

“The life of the giant protector was shown to remind her that she is stronger than she believes.”

And yet beneath that strength was something more human.

He lived slightly apart from the others.

He watched more than he participated.

He protected the village, but he did not fully belong to its social life.

The being he spoke most openly with was not another person at all—but his horse.

A brown horse he loved deeply.

He would talk to the horse about his day, about the village, about life. The horse did not speak, of course, but he understood the gestures, the companionship.

The horse, he said with a smile, had a sense of humor.

The Golden City

At some point in this life, he was sent across the desert on a mission.

His destination was something completely different from his humble village.

A city of gold.

Massive stone staircases.

Domed structures gleaming in the sunlight.

Columns reaching toward the sky.

Wide roads paved with stone.

White horses.

Royal architecture.

The place felt like a kingdom or temple complex.

The giant protector had been sent there carrying a message—something written on a thin piece of treated material, not paper but something like soft leather.

When he arrived, he handed the message to a council-like official.

The ruler himself was sensed rather than clearly seen.

But one feeling came through strongly:

The ruler was not kind.

There was power there.

Authority.

Control.

The giant was impressed by the grandeur of the city, but he did not feel comfortable there.

It was not his world.

Love and Fatherhood

Later in the life, something beautiful happened.

The scene shifted to a small home.

A woman lay resting after giving birth.

And in the giant’s arms was a newborn child.

His daughter.

He had delivered the baby himself.

Another woman had been present to help, but it was the giant who caught the child as she entered the world.

The feeling was unmistakable.

Love.

Pride.

Joy.

“He had lived his life protecting others. But in the end, the lesson was about connection.”

For a man who had spent much of his life standing apart from others, this moment brought him fully into relationship.

Later the three of them lay together in bed—father, mother, and daughter—resting peacefully.

The once-bare home now felt warmer.

There were chairs.

A table.

A carpet.

Life had entered the house.

Death in Battle

Eventually the life reached its final chapter.

There was an invasion.

Chaos.

Fighting.

The giant protector was defending the village when someone found an opening.

A sword pierced his chest.

He fell to the ground with the blade in his heart.

When I asked from the perspective of the soul what the purpose of that life had been, the answer came clearly.

Protection.

He had lived the life exactly as he intended.

But there was also a lesson.

Looking back, he wished he had engaged more with people.

He had been too isolated.

Too much of an observer.

He had protected others—but had not fully allowed himself to belong.

Why the Subconscious Showed This Life

Later in the session, when I spoke with the Subconscious, I asked why this particular lifetime had been shown.

The answer was simple and immediate.

My client often feels afraid.

And the Subconscious wanted her to remember something.

She is protected.

She has guardians.

And she is far stronger than she believes.

“Sometimes the soul shows us who we once were—not to prove ancient history, but to help us remember who we truly are.”

The life of the giant protector was shown to remind her of her own inner strength.

The Giants of Ancient Earth

But the story did not end there.

When I asked why the man had been so unusually large, the Subconscious revealed something unexpected.

He was not the only one.

He was part of a race of giants.

According to the information that came through, there had once been many of them. But they had been scattered long ago after an attack.

My client described fiery objects falling from the sky.

Mountains exploding.

Communities forced apart.

Once separated, the giants could no longer sustain their population. Over time, the race disappeared.

The beings responsible were described as arriving from the sky in some type of craft, interested in a power source hidden within the mountains—something like a current within the rocks that could be used in advanced technology.

Whether this memory reflects literal history, symbolic storytelling, or something in between is difficult to say.

But what makes it fascinating is how closely it echoes ancient legends.

“Across mythology, archaeology, and regression work, the story of giants appears again and again.”

Giants in Ancient Myth and Memory

Nearly every civilization on Earth has stories about giants.

The Greek Gigantes.

The biblical Nephilim.

The giant Gogmagog of British legend.

Native American stories of earlier giant peoples who inhabited the land before modern tribes.

Even in Sardinia today, ancient megalithic burial sites are known as “Giants’ Tombs.”

And on the island stand the mysterious Giants of Mont’e Prama—towering stone statues from the Nuragic civilization, guardians of an ancient necropolis.

Archaeology does not currently claim these monuments were built by literal giant humans.

But the language of giants remains embedded in the memory of the culture.

Something about these ancient structures inspired that association.

Giants and the Green Sahara

There is another intriguing layer to this story.

Today the Sahara Desert is one of the driest places on Earth.

But thousands of years ago it was completely different.

Scientists call this period the Green Sahara.

Between roughly 12,000 and 5,000 years ago, the Sahara was filled with lakes, rivers, forests, and wildlife. Rock art discovered throughout the region shows giraffes, cattle, hippos, and thriving human communities.

Even earlier—during the late Ice Age—the northern regions of Africa supported large populations of hunter-gatherers and early pastoral societies.

Could the memory of ancient giants belong to cultures that lived in those fertile landscapes before the desert returned?

We simply don’t know.

But the timing is interesting.

My client’s life was estimated by the Subconscious to have occurred roughly 20,000 years ago—a period when North Africa was far more habitable than it is today.

Giants in Modern Spiritual Narratives

Interestingly, giants also appear in modern spiritual teachings.

Argentinian spiritual teacher Matías De Stefano, who speaks about ancient planetary civilizations through remembered past lives, has described a distant period when several intelligent species lived on Earth—including giants.

In his retellings, giants were often portrayed as powerful beings connected to Earth’s energetic grids and early civilizations.

Other channelers and intuitive researchers describe similar themes: ancient giant races acting as guardians or stabilizers of the planet before later cataclysms or conflicts.

Again, this does not prove anything scientifically.

But it does reveal something intriguing.

The same story keeps appearing.

Across mythology.

Across spiritual teachings.

Across regression sessions.

A World Becoming More Magical

Perhaps the most interesting part of all this is not whether giants once existed exactly as described.

It is the possibility that humanity’s ancient myths may contain fragments of memory.

For centuries modern culture taught us that fairy tales and legends were merely imaginative stories.

But the more we learn about ancient civilizations, the more we discover that the past is far more mysterious than we once believed.

“The world may be far more magical than modern culture has allowed us to believe.”

Maybe myth was never meant to be literal history.

But maybe it was never pure fiction either.

Maybe it was history remembered through symbol.

The Real Message of the Giant

In the end, the most important part of the session was not the existence of giants.

It was the message.

The Subconscious showed my client the life of the giant protector to remind her of something essential.

She is strong.

She is protected.

And she does not need to live in fear.

Sometimes the soul shows us who we once were, not to prove ancient history, but to help us remember who we truly are.

And perhaps that is where the magic lives.

In the possibility that the myths of the past and the experiences of the present are both pointing toward the same truth:

The world is far more mysterious—and far more magical—than we have been taught to believe.
