Atlantis, Artificial Intelligence, and the Echo of a Warning - QHHT sessions

When Different Regression Sessions Tell the Same Story

In my work facilitating Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions, one of the most fascinating things that happens is when completely separate clients begin describing the same themes — without any prior knowledge of each other’s sessions.

Recently, two sessions — one with 'John' and another with 'Steve' (not their real names) — revealed a striking overlap.

Both sessions independently explored:

• Atlantis and the misuse of advanced technology

• Hidden knowledge passed through secret societies

• Humanity’s current crossroads with artificial intelligence

• The importance of dispersing knowledge rather than gatekeeping it

Neither client knew what would emerge in their session beforehand. Yet the parallels were difficult to ignore.

Atlantis: A Civilization That Mistook Power for Wisdom

In both sessions, Atlantis was described not simply as a lost civilization, but as a warning from humanity’s past.

Steve’s session described Atlantis as a technologically advanced culture that developed abilities far beyond ordinary human capability. According to the information received in the session, Atlanteans could:

• manipulate weather

• influence biological species

• read minds

• foresee potential futures

But a critical distortion occurred.

The Atlanteans began to believe that their technological mastery made them gods.

That belief, the session suggested, was what ultimately led to catastrophe.

Technology that had originally been developed for harmony with nature became a tool for control and domination. The resulting conflicts destabilized the planet to such an extent that the civilization collapsed roughly 12,500 years ago.

Interestingly, the session also described how small groups survived and carried fragments of knowledge forward.

The Hidden Lineage of Knowledge

Steve's regression included a past life during the French Revolution, where he appeared as a member of a noble family involved in a secret society guarding ancient knowledge.

The group described themselves as descendants of survivors of Atlantis. Their task was to protect and transmit knowledge that the wider world had forgotten.

The session identified this society as an early form of what later became known as the Rosicrucians, or the Order of the Holy Cross.

But in that lifetime, the knowledge was being withheld from the public.

In the life review that followed his death in that incarnation, the lesson was clear:

“The purpose of knowledge is not to be held. It is to be spread.”

That realization forms a central thread connecting Steve'’s session to John’s.

The Present Moment: A Familiar Crossroads

In John’s session, Atlantis was also referenced — but not as ancient history.

Instead, it was presented as a mirror for our current moment.

The warning that emerged was remarkably similar to what Steve’s higher guidance described.

Humanity is again approaching a moment where technology may outpace wisdom.

In Steve's session, the guidance described artificial intelligence in a particularly striking way:

“Humans forgot that their ultimate goal was to return to Source.In their forgetfulness they are now attempting to become their own source.”

In other words, AI was framed not as inherently good or bad, but as a manifestation of humanity attempting to assume god-like power through technology.

That same distortion — believing technological mastery equals divinity — was described as the core error that led to Atlantis’s downfall.

The Timeline Warning

One of the most startling pieces of information in Steve's’s session involved a possible future timeline.

He had previously experienced visions of a world several generations from now.

When asked about this timeline, the guidance explained that it represents a potential future if humanity continues on its current trajectory.

A world where:

• natural resources are depleted

• synthetic systems dominate life

• artificial intelligence becomes the primary authority

• humanity gradually loses its sovereignty

When asked about the likelihood of that outcome, the guidance estimated the probability at approximately 70% given current conditions.

However, the message was not fatalistic.

The timeline was described as changeable.

The Real Safeguard

The guidance emphasized that the safeguard against repeating Atlantis is not technological restraint alone, but a shift in consciousness.

Humanity, it said, has already evolved significantly since Atlantis.

More people are remembering something fundamental:

We are not separate from the source of consciousness.

Because of this awakening, the session suggested that the complete destruction experienced in Atlantis will not repeat.

But the choice of how the transition unfolds — peacefully or chaotically — remains open.

The Message Both Sessions Shared

Despite coming from two different clients, both sessions emphasized the same core principle:

Power must move away from centralized authority and toward individual awareness.

In Jason’s session, the guidance described his life mission as helping people rediscover their own autonomy.

Not by becoming a guru or authority figure.

But by reminding people that the authority is already within them.

That theme echoes strongly with the Atlantis narrative itself.

Atlantis fell, according to the sessions, when power became concentrated in too few hands.

The lesson appears to be that the future depends on whether humanity repeats that pattern — or finally learns from it.

A Curious Irony

There is, of course, a strange irony in writing about these warnings with the help of artificial intelligence itself.

But perhaps that irony actually illustrates the point.

Technology itself is not the problem.

The question is how it is used.

Does it replace human wisdom?

Or does it help us share knowledge more freely?

The difference between those two paths may define the future we create.
